Join us on the second Monday of every month for a matinee movie shown in our auditorium. Bottled water and snacks will be provided, along with a showing of an award winning film or musical.
Every third Tuesday of the month, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
The Needlework group is a great way to meet fellow crafters who enjoy crochet, embroidery, knitting, or any other type of hand work. Share ideas and hone skills. Open to all ages and skill levels. Just bring your own materials (yarn, needles/hooks).

Adults of all ages are welcome to attend and discuss the book selection of the month. Copies of the selection for each month will be provided at the meeting the month prior, while supplies last. Join us on the fourth Tuesday of every month for a book discussion and breakfast (please note location above). It’s a chance to share your thoughts on a book of your choosing that follows our theme for the month, and you will learn new titles to add to your must read list.
Beyond Board Games
Every third Tuesday of the month from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Join us every third Tuesday of the month for collectible card and table top gaming. Whether you are brand new to gaming, or a veteran, this event is for you. Please bring your own materials for your game of choice. Recommended for ages 14 through adult.
Come get crafty at the library this summer and learn some new skills. We provide the supplies and instructions for each project, and all classes are free to attend. Backyard School: Water Play
Tuesday, July 30th | 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Summertime is great for exploring the outdoor classroom. Homeschool adventures are waiting in your own backyard. As a way to cool off during the summer heat, water play will be the focus of this Backyard School program. Demonstrations and ideas will be presented that can be re-created at home to supplement your curriculum across multiple subjects in a fun and memorable way.

other services for your children? Then you won’t want to miss our Homeschool Resource Fair.
Come find out about the options in and near Weatherford and Parker County that are available to homeschooling families. There will be representatives from sports organizations, fine arts instructors, tutors and other educational service providers, museums and other cultural institutions, and much more.
